Shipping policy

Our orders ship business days (Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm EST, excluding major holidays). We will ship your order using a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Curl Clinic+ offers free shipping on orders $45 or more, before tax is added. to the contiguous 48 U.S. states on all orders. Orders that are below $45 will be charged a $10 flat shipping rate. 

Expedited shipping using air shipment is offered at a $20 flat fee for orders not exceeding $300.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. We do not ship to Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories at this time.

We require 1-2 business days for processing, and shipping can take up to 3-6 business days. For questions, please contact Customer Service at notifications@curlclinicplus.com.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
