1. Sham-Poo™ Wet hair. Massage into scalp. Leave in for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. 2. Conditioner+ Apply as needed from scalp to ends. Run your fingers through to distribute evenly, then rinse. 3. Gel++ Apply to wet or towel-dried hair. Comb through with your fingers from roots to ends, or wherever needed.
